She was predeceased by: her mother Deborah DeFazio Mihoerck; her brother Vincent Mihoerck, III; her grandparents, Vincent G. Mihoerck, Dominic and Elizabeth DeFazio; her uncles, George Mihoerck and David; her aunt Jennifer Mihoerck; and her stepgrandparents, John, Doris Adamson and Beth DeFazio (Tom Feather).
She is survived by: her father Vincent; her stepmother Kathy Mihoerck; her siblings, Jennifer Golby (Daniel), Michael Jones (Anne) and Amanda Sleigh (Al); her grandmother Marie Mihoerck; and her nieces and nephews, Austin Golby, Gabe, Rayna, Caleb Sleigh, Wil and Dan Jones. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
