He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Sr. Holtz and Marie Holtz (Lantzy); his children, Matthew Holtz and Mary Alice Holtz-Elias; his siblings, Alice (Frank Jodon), Louise (Leo Bearer), Edna (Chuck Kirkpatrick) and Francis Holtz; and his brother-in-law Joe Nocek.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. (Dumm); his children, Ann Pawlikowski (James), Quentin Holtz (Charlotte) of Sahuarita, AZ, Jim Holtz, Barbara Myers (John) and Theresa Yoder (Bill); and his siblings, Doris Nocek and Leo Holtz (Mary Ann).
