She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Gooderham and Genevieve Gooderham (Weakland); her husband Walter Serafin; her son Charles "Chuckie"; and her brothers, John and Eddie Gooderham.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Serafin (Mary Kay) and Anne Marie Shaffer; her grandchildren, Josh, Jason, Jenna Serafin, Jeffrey Shaffer (Mallory), Bryan, Elizabeth and Grace Shaffer; her great grandchildren, Payton and Everley Shaffer; and her sisters, Donna Mae Holtz (Edgar), Sally Henry and Gretchen Samuskie (Stan).
