He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Keith and Carolyn Keith (Frye); and his brother-in-law Joe Misera. He is survived by: his sisters, Tammy Evans (Michael) of New Bethlehem and Lisa Misera of Clarion; his nieces and nephews, Scott Summerville, Gale Davis of Frogtown, Joshua Summerville (Jessie) of Bridgeville and Cassandra (Jimmy Beck) of Clearfield; his great-nephews, Kolby, Corban, Landon, Keeghan, Ethan, Riggs and Triton; and his great-niece Cynthia.
