We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2022, at the age of 55, Andrew J. Haycisak (Northern Cambria, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Haycisak; his nephew Tim Haycisak; and his grandparents, John, Mary Haycisak (Ferensic), Joseph and Josephine Trybus (Myslivy).

He is survived by: his mother Irene Haycisak (Trybus) of St. Benedict; his siblings, Tim, Ed, St Benedict, Susan Weymer (Don) and Jennifer Rollins of Brookhaven, GA; his nephews, Mark Nash and Andrew Weymer; and his great-niece Kassidee Hardison.
