It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amie Blake of Northern Cambria, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Albert John. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Blake (Crowell); her son Gerald "Jeb" Burkey III; the father of her child Gerald Burkey II of Northern Cambria; her brothers, John "Thumper" Blake (Christy) and Todd Blake (Denise); and also Debbie Burkey.
In lieu of flowers, donations maybe sent to the funeral home in Amie's Memory.
