He was predeceased by: his parents, Verdi V. Wise and Dorothy Wise (Marsh); his wife Diane R. Wise (Hafer); his sons, Terry M. Wise and Scott A. Nagy; his grandsons, Dakota Galusha and Jason Gruver; and his siblings, Donald, Delbert, Floyd, Gloria, Shirley and Joyce.
He is survived by: his children, Billie Jo (Gregory Pochatko) of Northampton, PA., Cherie L. (Eric Beers) of Northampton, PA., Dina L. (Kendall Galusha) of Northampton, PA., Julianne (Terry Wise) of Northampton, PA. and Thomas R. Nagy of Catasauqua, PA.; and his siblings, Terry V. Wise (Julianne) of Northampton, PA, Barry Wise (Brenda) of Allentown, PA, Raymond Wise (Linda) of Hallem, PA, Edward Wise (Daisy) of Santa Clarita, CA, Jean (Gary Mohr) of Emerald, PA and Sandra Rivera of Bethlehem, PA. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; 15 Great-Grandchildren.
