She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph G. Hoffman and Susanna E. Hoffman (Haberern); her husband Peter Chandick; and her brothers, John, Ralph, Alvin, Charles and Stanley Hoffman.
She is survived by: her son Peter M. Chandick (Brenda) of Bath, PA; and her granddaughter Erica Chandick (Fiance'Kyle Richards). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hills Lutheran Church - Egypt (4331 Main St, Whitehall, PA 18052). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
