He was predeceased by: his parents, Stover E. Ruch, Sr. and Anna Ruch (Schissler); his wife Barbara L. Ruch (Lentz); and his sister Florence Flynn. He is survived by: his son Robin E. Ruch (Tracie Auray) of Allentown, PA; his stepchildren, Scott Dieter (Kelly) of Huntington Beach, CA and Karen Dieter of Ogdensburg, NY; his granddaughter Keara Ruch of Philadelphia, PA; and his nephews, Edward Flynn (Stephanie), Thomas Flynn (Ellen) and Brian Flynn (Linda).
