He is survived by: his former wife Eileen (Eisenhauer); his sons, Kevin Kozo (Kelly Kreider) and Keith (Michelle Kozo); his grandchildren, Kelly Kozo, Nicholas and Joshua Kozo; and his sisters, Barbara Medernach and Suzanne Evans.
