As we bid Renate farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Renate is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Ewald R. Gundermann; and her parents, Fritz Grossmann and Minna Grossmann (Muller). She is survived by: her sons, Bernhard and Raimund; her grandchildren, Tresa, Paige and Christian; and her sister Lieselotte Blaser.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Renate's memory.
