He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mikulcik and Hermina Mikulcik (Frederick); his wife Lucille C. Mikulcik (Najpauer); and his siblings, Joseph, Stanley, Emmanuel, Alfred, Pauline, Hermina Tyran and Rosalie Najpauer.
He is survived by: his children, Paul J. Mikulcik, Jr. of Whitehall, PA, Michael S. Mikulcik of Pflugerville, TX, Christine M. Yagerhofer of Northampton, PA and Kathleen P. Wehr of Whitehall, PA; his grandchildren, Ashley (Jordan Strause), Zachary, Emily, Nathan and Patrick; his great grandchild Parker; and his sisters-in-law, Joan and Dorothy Najpauer.
