He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Czonstka and Veronica Czonstka (Zima); and his siblings, Stephania, Victoria, Stella, Helen, Elizabeth, Emil, Stanley, Thaddeus, Francis and Edwin.

He is survived by: his wife Bernadine (Marsolick); his children, Christine A (Michael Kahn) of Allentown and Anthony J. (Gail Czonstka) of Allen Twp; and his sister Lucille Jiorle of Alpha, NJ.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren. 3 great grandsons.
