He was predeceased by: his wife Emma (Schatz); and his parents, Alois Grohotolski and Maria Grohotolski (Lahner). He is survived by: his daughters, Wilma Wittreich and Diane Yandrisevits; his grandsons, Louis, Joseph (Christine) and Michael (Christine); his great grandchildren, Brian, Michael, Justin, Joseph, Courtney and Shannon; and his great great grandchildren, Alexander, Alessandra and Skylar.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reichel Funeral Home (326 E 21st St, Northampton, PA 18067). A prayer was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery E. 4th.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to Queenship of Mary Church in Joseph's memory.
