He was predeceased by: his wife Emma (Schatz); and his parents, Alois Grohotolski and Maria Grohotolski (Lahner). He is survived by: his daughters, Wilma Wittreich and Diane Yandrisevits; his grandsons, Louis, Joseph (Christine) and Michael (Christine); his great grandchildren, Brian, Michael, Justin, Joseph, Courtney and Shannon; and his great great grandchildren, Alexander, Alessandra and Skylar.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to Queenship of Mary Church in Joseph's memory.
