He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Donohoe, Sr. and Eileen Donohoe (Seher). He is survived by: his wife Christine M. "Chrissy"; his children, John A. Donohoe, III (Alexis), Katie Fernet (Sean), Patrick Donohoe (Haley) and Colin Donohoe (Kerry); his grandchildren, IV, Brayden, Raegan, Sawyer, Tessa and Kenzie; his pets, Layla, Brianna, Carli, Kane, Kellen and Remi; and his father-in-law J. Richard Jacalone.
