She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rieger and Blanche Rieger (Kemmerer); her son-in-law Steven; and her brothers, James and Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Merin, Catherine Smith (Richard), Roseanne Scanlan (Mark) and Mary Frances Frabotta (Peter). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to St. Luke's Hospice in loving memory of Catherine.
