She was predeceased by: her husband Walter T. Werner Jr. Born; her parents, John Griffith and Margaret Griffith; and her siblings, Dale and Joan.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Doan (Chester), Beth Miller (Mark) and Scott Werner (Paulette); her granddaughters, Katelynn, Allison and Victoria; and her great grandchildren, Harrison and Brooke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to Animals in Distress or Peaceable Kingdom, Inc. in loving memory of Carolyn.
