With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara A. Mustacchio of Northampton, Pennsylvania, born in Lehighton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gresh and Anna Gresh (Durback); and her sister Catherine Gresh. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Mustacchio; her daughters, Denise Polzer (Tim) of Coplay and Colette Kresge (Steve) of Lehighton; her grandchildren, Dr. Gabriel Kresge (Kate) of West Chester, Nathaniel Kresge (Taralyn) of Bath, Olivia Howell (Tyler) of Schnecksville and Zachary Polzer (Summer) of Allentown; and her great grandchild Rhys Howell.

Memorial Contributions in her honor may be made to the church at 18235.
