He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Macchia and Anna Macchia (Garcea); his brother Basilio; and his brother-in-law Gregorio Polimeni. He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Marie Macchia of Coplay, Antonetta (Jeffrey Santee), Rita Sayegh of Allen Township and Tina Marie Thomas of Northampton; his grandchildren, Anthony Sayegh, Kayla Sayegh and Nina (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Landon, Xander and Ziyke; his granddaughter Nicole (Michael); his great grandchildren, Madison, Domenic and Sophia; his granddaughter Kimberly (Joey); his great grandchild Merideth; his grandson Gunnar (Bryanna); his great grandchildren, Maximus and Nicholas; his siblings, Domenica Polimeni of Cedar Grove, NJ and Joseph (Catherine Macchia) of Easton; and his close friend Richard Yost of Northampton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to Shriners Hospitals for Children - Philadelphia in Antonio's memory.
