He is survived by: his siblings, Julie Hoskinson, Michele Donovan (James) and Daniel Mikan (Robin); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Emma, Sarah Grace Donovan, Jason Rykoskey (Samantha), Christopher Mikan (Amy) and Dustin Mikan; his great-nephew Henry Mikan; his great-nieces, Emelia Mikan and Josephine Rykoskey; his sisters, Lori Jo and Stephanie; and also, Josephine and Michael Mikan.
