Kotulka (Dana) of Pennsburg, PA; her grandchildren, Tyler M. Hughes (Brianna Abad) of Lansdale, PA and Jaden R. Kotulka of Hamburg, PA; her sisters, Donna Cutler of Hatfield, PA and Cindy Mancuso of Hatfield, PA; her sister-in-law Tammy Mancuso of Hatfield, PA; and her niece Trisha Mancuso (Michael Rennard) of Hatfield, PA..
