She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephan Sikorski and Pauline Sikorski (Hryckiw); her husband Paul Pilecki; and her siblings, John Sikorski, Tillie Moreland, Patricia Berardelli, William Sikorski and Alice Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Christine McCormick of West Chester, Kathleen Pilecki of Lansdale and Paul Pilecki (Barbara) of Kiawah Island, SC; her brother Michael Sikorski of Goleta; and her grandchildren, Derek, Ann Pilecki, Christopher and Tara Pilecki. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
