He was predeceased by: his parents, James McMahon and Catherine McMahon (Rafter); and his siblings, Mary Jane Price, Catherine Zakrzewski, Geraldine Shields, James and Michael McMahon.
He is survived by: his wife Marie (Arnold); his children, Joseph (Mary Beth), Timothy (Joanne), Kevin (Meredith), Meagan Powers (Scott), Kara Weaver (Leland), Pop Pop of Elizabeth, Maeve, Lauren, Joey, Brendan, Will, Kate, Jack, Anna, Peter, Lucy, Charlie, Michael and James; and his sister Frances Friel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
