She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jr. Kelley and Emily Kelley; her husband Archibald W. Garvin Jr.; her son Scott Kelley Garvin; and her siblings, Frank Kelley, John Kelley and Muffet Deisher.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Garvin (Debra Moore); her nieces, Muffet and Meg Deisher; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Gandy (Chris), Emily Varnell and Esther Garvin; and her great grandchild Ki-Lynn Varnell.
