With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason R. Slemmer (North Wales, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 5, 2024 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Randolph Slemmer and Deborah Slemmer; his grandparents, Chester Sokolski, Erma Slemmer, Arlo Slemmer and Loretta Sokolski; his siblings, Kristin Slemmer (Brett) and Kyle Slemmer (Kristin); his nieces, Isis, Ivy and Sadie; and his nephew Max.
