He was predeceased by: his wife Molly; his sister Virginia; his parents, John J. Kavash and Elizabeth Kavash (Haitsch); and his siblings, Irma, Leonard, Bernard, Johanna and Josephine.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie (Geoff), Sally (late Reverand Ed), Betsy and Kate (Paul); his grandchildren, Jason, Claudia (Mike), Madeline (Dan) and William; his great grandchildren, Bowen, Margot and Louis; his daughter Christine Studenroth; and his grandchildren, Shawn and Derick.
