He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George E. and Mary Higgins; his wife Barbara Ann Higgins; his children, Stacy M. Wallace (David) and George M. Higgins (Karla Ward); his stepsons, James Marren and Michael Marren (Colleen); and his grandchildren, Megan Marren, Kaitlyn Marren, Francesca Marren, George T. Higgins, Sean Higgins, Michael T. Marren, Henry Wallace, Samuel Wallace and Morgan Marren.
