She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis A. Wack and Doris W. Wack (Weidner). She is survived by: her sister Carol A. Benigno (Philip); her niece Heather Benigno; her nephew Philip Benigno (Natale); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex, Gianna, Noah, Jacob and Luke.

“I am sorry to hear of her passing.I only knew her for a couple of weeks inthe Senior Behavioral health unit at Holy Redeemer Hospital.We became close Donna was funny I loved her laugh I think I talked to her sister on Sat july 8 Donna called me that Thursday july 6 that she was home We were supposed to get together with 2 other women Mary Kate and Roe in a few weeks I will miss her She spoke how close she was to her sister Sympathy and love go to you Pam Thornton”
