He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Deatore Jacquinto. He is survived by: his children, Dominic, Donna (Joe) and James (Jane); and his daughter-in-law Lisa. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 little great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dom's honor can be made to St. Vincent De Paul, c/o Brother Al, 109 E Price Street, Philadelphia, Pa., 19144.
