He was predeceased by: his parent Theodore G.; and his brother John Haas. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Haas (Greer); his wife Stephanie S. Hazard (Pollier); his children, Lenore Guidotti (Harry) of Bethel Park, Tedi Lee Findura (Marty) of Elizabeth Township, Timothy G. Hazard (Meredith) of North Versailles and Troy L. Hazard of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Thomas, Timothy, Troy, Taylor Hazard, Kaylee Findora and Kaitlyn Findora; and his siblings, Darlene Pelkey (Alfred) of Finleyville, Thelma Lauritzen of Wexford, Nicki Kovalcik (David) of Penn, Sandy Doby of Versailles and James M. Haas of Lincoln. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
