She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Churley; her children, Scilene Niki Mraz (Sam) of Latrobe and Bernard Churley of Squirrel Hill; her grandchildren, Carolyn and David (Alexis); her sister Elizabeth Annavella (James); and her nieces and nephews, Trish Porchiron and Daniel Pushic.
