He is survived by: his wife Delores Jean Quiggle; his sons, Leonard (Cindy), Gary (Teri), Randy (Connie) and Todd Quiggle (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jodi Leitzell (David), Lenny Quiggle, Devon Quiggle, Krista Quiggle (Meagan), Kaitlin Matessa (Chris), Virginia Quiggle, Kristal Johnson (Derek), Cara Quiggle, Todd Quiggle, Alyssa Ruhl (Tyler), Timothy Quiggle (Amber) and Patrick Quiggle; his great grandchildren, Savannah, David, Alexa, Bryson, Ryder, Claire, Mason, Mariah, Alexander and Giovanna; and his sister Lois Armstrong. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
