She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Grace and Eva Grace; her husband Leonard Zack; and her granddaughter Melissa Frederick. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Lynn Frederick (Ken) and Lorrie Jean Kalkbrenner (late Gary); her grandchildren, Sara Jo Forsythe (Allen), Ranae Kalkbrenner, Krista Frederick, Dustin Kalkbrenner (Amber), Kenneth Jr. Frederick (Amanda) and Genna Frederick; and her great grandchildren, Scarlett, Grace, Braelynn, Brody, Benjamin, Robby, Luke, Hattie and James.
