He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lindauer and Vera Lindauer (Phillips); his wife Jacqueline Ford; and his brother Gary Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Ford of North Versailles, Deanna Lindauer of Rankin, Kristina Lindauer of North Versailles and Kenneth Lindauer III of North Versailles; his sisters, Gloria Ann Allen and Keri; and his sister-in-law Darlene Phillips.
