He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ulaky and Mary Ulaky; his wife Marian Ulaky; and his brother Lawrence Ulaky (late Rita). He is survived by: his sister Bernadine Kolesar (late Andrew); his nieces and nephews, Tina, Rena, Lawrence Ulaky (Rayna), Andrew (Patricia), David and Kristin Kolesar; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, RyAnn Ulaky, Andrew, John, Mary, Catherine, Elizabeth and Mark Kolesar.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Colman Church (100 Tri-Boro Expy, Turtle Creek, PA 15145).
