He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Sr. Bumba and Pearl Remias Bumba; and his significant other April Cincarik. He is survived by: his siblings, Priscilla Burdelski (Bob), Lisa Crispens (Bobby) and Dennis Bumba, Jr. (Melissa); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Otterson Jr., Trevor Williams, Elayna Burdelski, Krystyna Burdelski and Madelyn Bumba.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Western PA Pittsburgh Toy Run at 6130 US-30, Greensburg, PA, 15601 in John's honor by writing a check payable to "Latrobe H.O.G." and putting "Toy Run, John Bumba" in the memo.
