He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred "Mickey" Noe (Wentroble); his parents, Chester Noe and Eileen Noe (Murphy); and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his sons, Michael J. Noe and Edward J. Noe; his granddaughters, Jessica Noe (Scott Warnick) and Isabella Noe; and his siblings, John Noe (Mary Anne), Carol Lee (Gerald) and Mary Ellen Bloom (Joel). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
