James M. Dunbar Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Dunbar of North Versailles, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, James M. is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that James M.'s spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his son James M. Dunbar; his parents, Eugene Dunbar and Mary Catherine McGill (Regis); his brother Regis; his father-in-law Frank "Bucky" Tucker; and his brother-in-law Ricky Tucker.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dunbar (Tucker); his siblings, Lorraine Zappa (Dom), Maureen Scullon and Kevin McGill (Jennifer); his mother-in-law Joann Tucker; and his brother-in-law Gary Tucker (Tacy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alfieri Funeral Home Inc. (201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, PA 15148). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude the Apostle Church (405 Westinghouse Ave, Wilmerding, PA 15148).
