He was predeceased by: his parent William Perkins. He is survived by: his parent Edna Forsythe Perkins; his daughters, Brenda Stewart (Stephen) of North Versailles, Sylvia Jordan (Daniel) of Ralh, PA, Samantha Perkins of North Versailles and Irene Perkins of Wilmerding; his sister Irene Newman of Greensboro, PA; and his former wife Mary Ann Taylor of North Versailles. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
