She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Kaitlin Vasilich; and her brothers, Clyde, Bill Hackworth and Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Rosemarie Schussler (Len), Frank J. Cortazzo Jr. (Noreen), Timothy Cortazzo (Lisa), Mary Jane Vasilich (Tom), Lori Blatney (Duane) and Patrick Cortazzo (Maureen); and her siblings, Shirley Clarke, Barbara Williams, Dana Hackworth and Ed Hackworth. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
