She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Cavanaugh and Patricia A. Cavanaugh (Clark); and her husband Rusty Shaffer. She is survived by: her daughter Danielle; her son-in-law Travis Iddings of New Castle; her son Jason Bowker of Ellwood City; her stepchildren, Jeff Shaffer (Judy) of Neshannock Township, Lonnie Shaffer of Ellwood City and Holly Shaffer of Ellwood City; her grandchildren, Raquel Clark (Matt), Megan Mutlick (Cassum), Madison Shaffer, Jared Shaffer, Riley Iddings, Milla Iddings, Camden Iddings, Paisley Iddings and Killian Iddings; and her great grandchild Olivia Clark (Dino Rizos).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (309 Spring Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
