He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry D. Sr. Murphy and Gloria Patterson Murphy; and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Snare Murphy; his son John Murphy; his granddaughter Jamie Murphy; his siblings, David Murphy (Kim) of Wampum and Sue Carozza (Paul) of Ellport; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Lamantea and Ron Snare. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
