He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. II and Alice Williams II (Zimmerman); his former wife Donna J. Williams; and his siblings, Ted Zimmerman, George Williams and Alice Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Williams (Holt); his daughters, Penny Jo Marrow (Scott) and Lori Hall (Jack); and his sister Sarah Fritts. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gabauer-Lutton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (117 Blackhawk Rd, Beaver Falls, PA 15010). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joe's name to the Beaver County K9 Unit- c/o Beaver Co. Sheriff's Office- 810 Third Street, Beaver PA 15009 or the Beaver County Humane Society- 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa PA 15001.
