He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna M. Oliver (Miller) and James S. Oliver; his wife Cecelia A. Oliver (Teets); and his daughter Loretta Louise. He is survived by: his children, Richard Oliver (MaryJo) of Cincinnati, OH, James Oliver (Amy) of Mechanicsville, VA and Vicky Caldwell (Ron); and his siblings, Eleanor Carver (Paul) of North Sewickley and Norman Oliver (Veronica) of New Brighton. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, their spouses and 32 great-grandchildren.
