We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2023, at the age of 67, Dennis L. Cortez of North Sewickley, Pennsylvania, born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David R. Cortez and Katherine Cortez (Kast); his brother David Cortez; and his mother-in-law Esther Aiken. He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Cortez (Aiken); his children, Lindsay French (Chris Samaras) of New Brighton and Joshua Cortez of Ellwood City; his grandchildren, Chase (Sapphire), Karter, Presley French and Brynley Samaras; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Walls and Kayleigh; his sister Debbie Sturges (Skip) of Chester Virginia; his father-in-law Donald Aiken; his brothers-in-law, Larry, Doug and Buck Aiken (Vicki); and his pet Mia. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Denny's family to help with medical and final expenses.
