He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Balcerek (Kubish); his grandsons, Caden Lemieux of Germantown, MD. and Liam Alexander Balcerek of Germantown, MD.; his siblings, Joe (Helen), John (Gail Goodfellow), Susan Barbour and Barbara Owens (Mike); and his sister-in-law Judith Kubish (Hal Dessel). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
