He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Balcerek (Kubish); his grandsons, Caden Lemieux of Germantown, MD. and Liam Alexander Balcerek of Germantown, MD.; his siblings, Joe (Helen), John (Gail Goodfellow), Susan Barbour and Barbara Owens (Mike); and his sister-in-law Judith Kubish (Hal Dessel). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Villa St. Joseph of Baden, 1030 State Street, Baden, PA 15005.
