She was predeceased by: her parent Fred Watkins; her husband Paul W. Shank; and her siblings, Carl Watkins, Robert Watkins, Hazel Miracle and Helen Bailey.
She is survived by: her parent Ruth Watkins; her children, Larry P. Shank of Wildwood, NJ and Beverly McDonald (Robert) of Irwin; her grandchildren, Tammy Griser (Edward), Thomas P. Shank, Larry Scott Shank, Pamela Wasielewski (Ryan) of Plum, Brenton McDonald of Irwin and Susan Gilroy (Michael) of Jeannette; her great grandchildren, Michael Griser (Justyne) of Jeannette, Paul Griser of Jeannette, Dakota of Jeannette, Ava of Jeannette, Mason Gilroy of Jeannette, Zachery Wasielewski and Owen Wasielewski of Plum; her great great grandchild Kaleigh; her brother Ray A. Watkins of Ohio; and also Addison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
