He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Andrews and Frances Andrews (Rae); and his daughter Tina Sethman. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Andrews (Secko); his daughter Kimberly West (Ron) of North Huntingdon; and his granddaughter Justine Ruefle (Tim).
