He is survived by: his children, Joseph Melocchi (Dolores) of Sarasota Florida, Michael Melocchi (Tiana), Lisa Koschik (Mike) and Renee Pivarnik (Jamie) of North Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Jessica, Mason and Maddox; and his sister-in-law Sue Melocchi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
