William Hooke Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2025, at the age of 62, William Hooke of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hooke and Alice Hooke (Loutsenhizer); his son Jared Lee Hooke; and his father-in-law Donald Austin. He is survived by: his wife Erin Hooke (Austin); his sons, Joshua (Samantha), Jonathan (Carley), Jesse (Amber) and Jadon; his grandchildren, Jayce, Charlotte, Lyam and Marshall; his sisters, Debbie Javor (Tom), Kathy Furia (Fred) and Susan Smith (Albert); his mother-in-law Shirley Austin; and his siblings-in-law, Tracy Hawley (Bill), Donn Austin (Cindy) and Chad Austin (Curren). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Evangelical Free Church (4001 University Dr, White Oak, PA 15132).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Bill's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
